Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
Use CRMs to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
~ English fluent speaker.
~2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments.
~ Ownership mentality: Proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
~ Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.
~ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
~ Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track prospects.
Experience selling SaaS products.
Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
