We are looking for an Oracle DBA – RAC_Dataguard, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid (with the possibility of 100% remote), in the city of São Paulo. Role Oracle DBA – RAC_Dataguard Required Technical Skill Set: Oracle, RAC, Dataguard, Goldengate, Exadata. No. of Requirements: 1 Desired Experience Range: 8+ Years Industry Experience Location: São Paulo Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral) DBA experience in Oracle and at least one of the following technologies: Oracle RAC, Data Guard, OEM, Golden Gate, ASM, Cloud / VM, Engineered Appliance (Exadata), Linux, MySQL, SQL Server, Cassandra, PostgreSQL. Experience in database management including infrastructure architecture, installation, upgrade, maintenance, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and other database-related activities. Experience performing database activities such as configuring database parameters, configuring backups, monitoring and managing users, assigning privileges. Experience in grid and database patching with 12C/19C versions; experience on Oracle 12c/19c Data Guard, Golden Gate technologies and working in production, staging, development environments. Ideally Oracle Certified DB Professional (OCP) with more than 5 years’ experience with Oracle 19c. Good knowledge and experience in Exadata migration. Operating system experience in Linux. Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data Pump). Sound practical knowledge in Data Guard, RMAN, Data Pump. Knowledge of Exadata compute and cell node. Good problem-solving skills, focus, dedication; ability to work independently as well as with a team. Strong practical experience of Oracle in a production RAC (ASM) environment (11gR2). Strong practical knowledge in ASM storage. Maintain SQL/PLSQL queries and work closely with application team. Support and collaborate with product developers. Create a reliable backup strategy, ensure database backups are appropriate, execute and periodically restore to ensure backup quality. Determine and document DB policies, procedures, and standards. Performance testing and evaluation to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity; identification of bottlenecks and deadlock issues. Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail. Experience with an organization that heavily relies on 24x7 database reliability. Please attach resume in English. What do we offer?
