We are looking for Senior Engineer - API Development (WESS Application / Vision), who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will:
Be responsible for designing and implementing asynchronous APIs that gather and process data from a Data Lake, ensuring seamless integration with Appian solution.And much better if you stand out for:
Previous experience withNode.Js & TypeScript (backend development);
API Design & Development (RESTful & event-driven asynchronous APIs);
AWS Services (Lambda,SQS, Event Bridge, S3, Secrets Manager);
Apigee API Gateway (management, security);
Data Lake Integration(Athena, Glue, or equivalent);
API Security & Performance Optimization;
CI/CD Pipelines(Jenkins)Additional / desirable skills:
Agile Methodologies;
JIRA/ Confluence;
Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
Experience integrating APIs with Appian or other BPM tools is a plus;
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
Experience working inAgile environments (Scrum/Kanban);
Ability to collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and business teams;
Strong documentation and API governance mindset<
