Strategic Business Growth Manager for Social Media We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Professional to identify, develop and execute strategic opportunities across major social media platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business development, content partnerships, and M&A opportunities within the creator economy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential content channels, engaging with creators and channel owners, evaluating monetization opportunities, and structuring commercial partnerships that support our company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with the business goals Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners Onboard new partners (creators or channel owners) into the company's operational processes Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate company growth Collaborate closely with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and company executives (CEOs) to align business opportunities with strategic priorities Requirements: Possess strong business acumen and understanding of the creator economy Demonstrate expertise in business development, content partnerships, and M&A opportunities Showcase ability to build and maintain relationships with content creators and channel owners Proven track record of success in identifying and executing high-value business opportunities Benefits: Flexible working arrangements and remote work options Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
