To strengthen the Quality Assurance across the value chain on Manufacturing activities in Brazil.Monitor and follow up on VESTAS Quality Standards and Business processes compliance during Manufacturing provision.Give guidance and support to the NCR Management process in Manufacturing in the Region.Support the implementation of improvement actions to reduce the Costs of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and non-conformities (NCR);Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans Customized for the Customer Contracts according to Vestas Management System.Train and Support Vestas employees and subcontractors on quality activities to be carried out on the Manufacturing.Support business on root cause analysis, corrective or preventive actions**Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree in engineeringMinimum 3-year experience within the wind power industry with blades and correlated processes as main working area, will be a requirementSolid experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control on siteLead Assessor /Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent) will be added valueKnowledge of ISO 14001&45001 standardsFluent English is mandatoryAvailability to travel to windfarms across Latin American countries.**Competencies**- To be proactive and prioritize daily work under a fast-paced environment without any supervision.- Ability to multi-task- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to participate effectively as part of a team- Ability to work in a pressure/time-critical environment- Strong technical skills with emphasis in problem solving and root cause failure analysis.- Analytical approach, accurate and solid attention to detail.- Keen and proven ability to develop blade technicians across regions- Excellent capacities to work as a part of a team.- High learning capacities and adaptability to new technologies.- Organized and process-motivated with the ability to suggest and promote improvements- If you come with service operation knowledge and a good understanding of the commercial value set of the service business where balancing of product quality, lifetime and customer needs are always vital, it will highly valued**What We Offer**Vestas is proud to be the energy industry's global partner in sustainable energy solutions.
