**Local: Piracicaba/SP
**Job Profile / Activities**:
Develop, follow up and execute, conjointly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing and Suppliers (Local and International), cost reduction projects involving source of supply, design changes and internal process improvements. Assure attendance to technical requirements, company strategy with the objective of achieving/keeping the National Content Index required by the Brazilian Government for products made in Caterpillar Brazil, making the company eligible for tax benefits/exemption, financing and exportation incentives, focused in keeping the competitiveness on the product cost.
Due to the level of seniority, there is more autonomy on the development of activities, willing to participate in the elaboration of Polices and Guidelines and coordinate projects that have impact in the company results. The incumbent is known as a qualified professional in the work environment.

**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor degree in Engineering - preferably Mechanics or Production
**Experience**:6+ years of experience in the area - transmission fabrication installation, knowledge in procedures and tests, follow up with customers and suppliers, experience in Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain.
2+ years in Project Management
**Language**:Pre-advanced English
**Behavioral skills**:Effective communication, organization/planning, pro-activity, sense of urgency, problem solving, continuous improvement, leadership, resilience, negotiation, teamwork
**Desirable Qualifications**
- Postgraduate in Project Management or Lean Manufacturing
- Advanced English
- Office 365 domain
