Tax Professional Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our legal team in handling tax disputes and strategic matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage tax litigation cases from administrative to judicial stages, including CIT, IPI, and ICMS; Conduct technical and strategic tax analyses, providing solutions and reporting to senior leadership; Oversee CND renewal processes to ensure compliance with tax obligations; Monitor tax trends, rulings, and reforms (STJ, STF), identifying opportunities and mitigating risks; Share best practices with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Law degree and active registration with the OAB; Minimum 5 years of experience in tax law, focusing on litigation.
