As a SONIC Drive-In Crew Member, which may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard, your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by:

  1. Creating and packaging delicious menu items.
  2. Trying to beat your best record, every time.
  3. Being proactive and adaptable to changing needs.
  4. Communicating effectively with team members to motivate and assist.
  5. Helping customers navigate all customizable menu options.
  6. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

What You'll Need:

  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Resilience and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
  • Multi-tasking skills and flexibility.
  • Effective communication, basic math, and reading skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
