Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Qualidade de Software Sênior para ser a referência técnica e estratégica da nossa frente de automação de testes. Sua missão será liderar a evolução dos nossos processos de QA, garantindo que nossas soluções complexas não apenas funcionem, mas encantem nossos clientes pela sua robustez e confiabilidade. Em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo, você terá autonomia para construir, inovar e elevar o padrão de qualidade que nos define. Responsibilities Liderar a Arquitetura de Testes: Projetar, desenvolver e manter frameworks de automação de testes escaláveis e eficientes para nossas plataformas (Web, APIs e Mobile). Construir Qualidade no Código: Criar suítes de testes automatizados (regressão, integração, smoke tests) que se integrem perfeitamente ao nosso pipeline de CI/CD. Garantir Entregas de Excelência: Atuar de forma estratégica na garantia da qualidade, combinando testes automatizados e exploratórios para validar os critérios de aceite de ponta a ponta. Resolver Problemas na Raiz: Identificar, documentar e gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos defeitos com precisão no Azure DevOps, colaborando diretamente com o time de desenvolvimento para encontrar as melhores soluções. Influenciar a Cultura de Qualidade: Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospectiva), sendo uma voz ativa na defesa da qualidade desde a concepção até a entrega. Ser um Especialista em Dados e APIs: Realizar validações complexas em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL) e garantir a integridade de nossas APIs com ferramentas como Postman. Mentorar e Elevar a Equipe: Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e mentorar outros membros do time, disseminando conhecimento e as melhores práticas de automação. Requirements & Qualifications Experiência Comprovada: Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência atuando diretamente com automação de testes em ambientes complexos. Domínio Técnico em Automação: Proficiência em frameworks de mercado, como Selenium WebDriver, Cypress (para Web) e/ou RestAssured (para APIs). Fluência em Programação: Sólidos conhecimentos em ao menos uma das seguintes linguagens: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript ou Python. Mentalidade Ágil: Vivência consolidada em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e familiaridade com o ecossistema de desenvolvimento (Azure DevOps, Jira ou similares). Conhecimento em APIs e Banco de Dados: Habilidade para criar consultas SQL para validação de dados e experiência prática com testes de API (REST).
