Responsibilities
  • Collects and researches account receivable data in both systems, PL1 and P30. Synthesizes complex or diverse information, using experience to complement data.
  • Extract information from systems. Mitigate, analyze, classify, review, balance and interpret data, making records and corrections as needed.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Apply cash collected against the AR general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements and customers' sub-ledger accounts.
  • Proceed with dunning, collections and cash application.
  • Prepare and provide accounts receivable weekly reports.
  • Support the Accenture OTC and RTR teams as applicable.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Accurate information related to accounts receivable, dunning and cash application.
  • Follow the dunning process to reduce overdue items and support changes in cash flow forecast.
  • Clear and direct communication.
  • English communication with Accenture.
  • Communication with internal and external customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
  • SAP and Excel knowledge.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Focus and result orientation.
