Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality consulting services to our clients.

About the Role
  • This position requires an experienced Genesys Cloud consultant with advanced English language skills and a good understanding of SIP Protocols, Genesys Framework and Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart and CXInsights.
  • Excellent troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of the following Genesys Products:
    • Design call-Flow Architect/ Script/ Data Actions/ Data table
    • Integration with Salesforce, Genesys API's , PCI PAL, GenAI
    • Knowledge about Genesys Cloud Components like Google CCAI chat bot, predictive engagement
  • Experience with trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), SIP etc.,
  • Gateway protocols: SIP and MGCP
  • Strong ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change & Configuration Management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys infrastructure
  • Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
