We're looking for a Technology Manager to join Revolut in Brazil in order to manage projects and coordinate and collaborate with technology, operations, and product teams.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes.
  2. Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they have been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed.
  3. Assisting with and collaborating in larger change and transformation programmes, representing the LT Technology team, and working with the wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required.
  4. Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper growth.
  5. Leading and executing projects end to end.
  6. Producing data-driven service performance and risk reports, based on a solid set of monitoring metrics (SLAs, KRIs, BCIs).
  7. Resolving issues with management and stakeholders.
What You'll Need
  1. Knowledge of Brazilian Central Bank regulatory and security requirements, including Cybersecurity, Outsourcing, Risk Management, Data Risk.
  2. Knowledge of Brazilian Payment System (PIX, STR, RSFN) regulatory, security, technology and infrastructure requirements.
  3. In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles.
  4. A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data. SQL skills are necessary.
  5. Strong risk-awareness and understanding of risk management frameworks, in particular 3 Lines of Defence model for financial services.
  6. Experience in performing or responding to IT Audits or working in 1LOD as a Technology Manager in a financial services firm that uses cloud technology, agile development processes and DevOps.
  7. Broad understanding of modern technology stack.
  8. Experience in partnering with an executive team, as well as the ability to work closely with others to deliver results.
  9. Previous experience in financial services or fintech (or serving it from a leading technology or IT services provider).
  10. An exceptional level of written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  11. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions.
