**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Architecture Design**: Lead the design of the overall architecture for a new fintech product, ensuring it aligns with business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
- ** Solution Definition**: Define and document detailed solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance.
- ** Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work closely with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives, to align the solution architecture with business objectives.
- ** Advisory Role**: Provide expert advice and consulting on the best architectural practices, frameworks, and technologies to use.
- ** Scalability & Security**: Ensure that the architecture is designed to scale as the business grows and is secure to handle sensitive financial data.
**Documentation**: Produce clear and concise documentation outlining the architecture design, strategies, and processes to ensure smooth handoffs to development teams.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**:
- Minimum **3+ years** of experience as a **Solution Architect**, with a proven track record
- Strong experience in designing and implementing complex systems, from concept to delivery.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Skills**:
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including system integration, scalability, and security
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design systems that are adaptable and future-proof.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
