This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for storytelling, strong technical editing skills, and a passion for creating emotionally compelling content that moves people to action. Whether you're editing social media reels, course modules, or launch trailers—your work will directly contribute to transforming lives at scale. Core Responsibilities Edit both long-form and short-form video content for online courses, YouTube, and social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads) Incorporate transitions, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and subtitles to create compelling content Follow creative briefs while also bringing your own vision to elevate the final product Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with content creators, marketers, and instructional designers to align messaging and visuals Strategy & Impact Develop and maintain efficient post-production workflows using cloud-based tools Use engagement and performance data to iterate and improve video effectiveness Propose creative storytelling angles and visual treatments that enhance retention and impact Expected Outcomes You will be successful in this role when : 90%+ of projects are delivered on time and exceed internal quality benchmarks Videos meet or exceed performance goals across YouTube, Meta, social media, and internal platforms. You've systematized editing workflows that increase output capacity by at least 30% within 90 days. Requirements 2–4+ years of professional experience in video editing for online businesses, influencers, educational platforms, or social media content Proven ability to create high-impact content that performs well across social and direct-response platforms Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic audio / sound mastering tools Strong storytelling instincts, visual creativity, and attention to detail Nice to have Experience with YouTube channel editing, motion graphic templates, or podcast video content Experience creating VSLs and editing performance-driven ad creatives for Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads. Compensation Base Salary : US$ 750 – US$ 2,000 / month + Performance bonus Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and performance.
