About the role

As a Spanish Content Creation – Team Lead | Analista Pleno , you will make an impact by leading and mentoring a team to develop compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences across Latin America and Spain. You will be a valued member of the Creative Excellence (Carbon) team and work collaboratively with clients, international stakeholders, and cross-functional creative teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and inspire a creative team to produce high-quality advertising content.
  • Creative Direction: Guide the transformation of brand concepts into impactful campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Ad Creation Oversight: Ensure the development of compelling text and image-based ads tailored for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to uphold high standards of creative output.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced Spanish and English
  • Strong Creative Skills
  • Expertise in copywriting and visual communication
  • Leadership background
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a creative team
  • Market & Technical Knowledge
  • Background in Spanish market advertising and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for project tracking
