Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional) Remote-first (worldwide applicants welcome). About the Opportunity We’re building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. This is not a “make it pretty” gig – we want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics. What You’ll Do Own day‑to‑day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets. Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product‑adjacent surfaces. Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion‑ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets). Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week. Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one‑pagers). Collaborate on campaign concepts end‑to‑end: insight → moodboard → concept → production → iteration. Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self‑serve. What Success Looks Like Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops. A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near‑zero rework. Enhancing our designs to build thought‑leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS. Who You Are 6+ years hands‑on design experience in SaaS/AI (agency or in‑house). Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts. Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you have references at your fingertips. Not afraid to be bold; you can defend strong creative while staying coachable. Fast‑paced, passionate, easy to work with; low‑ego collaborator who communicates crisply. Tools: Figma & WordPress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports). Bonus Points if You... Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling). Can produce quick micro‑motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops). Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb‑stop, offer framing, mobile‑first). Have experience building componentised design systems for marketing. The Opportunity Start part‑time freelance; earn your way into a full‑time seat in 12 months through results. Ship work that’s seen by millions, not buried in decks. Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one. What to Include Portfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).
