Based in Macaé, the role will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill customer orders or needs according to financial/commercial parameters, profit and loss accountability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • All activities related to supervising, organizing, and executing project management, including scope, time, cost, and quality management.
  • Contributes to the development of an operational year plan.
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate project requirements and schedule aligned with operating plan targets.
  • Work together with people from the business unit.
  • Manages standardized project processes and operates based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
  • Cost control and on-time delivery.
  • Recommending preventive maintenance plans and corrective action to ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition.
  • Training, supervising, and managing employees’ activities following Baker Hughes practices.
Requirements
  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have experience in Services Project Management.
  • Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
  • Have ability to influence others.
  • Have emotional resilience to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
  • Be proficient in the English language.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
