Employer Industry: Healthcare and Advanced Manufacturing Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $130,000 per year Annual bonuses and additional compensation may be included Comprehensive benefits package supporting medical, financial, and personal needs Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global organization Collaborative work culture that values teamwork and empowerment Minimal travel requirements, less than 10% What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT products and services, including software and cloud solutions Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance and compliance with contractual obligations Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic negotiations and alternative sourcing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business objectives Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to sourcing activities What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, GDPR, HIPAA) Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with global sourcing and managing offshore vendors Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL or ISO Understanding of GxP-compliant systems and validation processes Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) or IT sourcing (e.g., SIG) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
