Are you ready to take your accounting career to an international environment?Randoncorp has an open position for a **Mid-Level Bilingual Accounting Analyst** to join the **International Controllership team at the Shared Services Center (SSC)** of Caxias do Sul/RS.In this role, you will work directly with the accounting processes of Randoncorp’s international subsidiaries, within a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.We are looking for professionals with strong English proficiency, a proactive and dynamic profile, openness to continuous learning, and a desire to grow together with a global company.If you enjoy challenges and want to expand your professional experience in an international setting, this opportunity is for you**#JoinRandonCorp** and become part of a group that values people and believes in the power of transformation.**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Responsibilities**:- Prepare, review, and validate accounting and tax records and documentation;- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes and related financial analyses for management reporting;- Prepare notes to the financial statements and other accounting reports relevant to the area;- Support internal and external audits, and government authorities;- Calculate taxes applicable to the international entities supported by the SSC;- Prepare and review statutory and ancillary tax obligations;- Continuously seek process improvements;- Perform account reconciliations;- Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies, guidelines, and internal controls.**Requisitos e qualificações** Requirements and Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;- Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC);- Intermediate proficiency in Excel;- Advanced level of English.**Informações adicionais** Preferred Qualifications**:- Systemic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize demands;- Team-oriented professional, willing to make a difference and interested in working in a collaborative, innovative, and challenging environment;- Previous experience in an accounting firm or in a medium/large-sized company;- Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization solutions.**Aqui na Randoncorp acreditamos que o amanhã é construído pelas pessoas.
