Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon's Selling Partners? The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) team provides strategic consultancy to help Selling Partners achieve their goals, addressing topics such as Expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building. You will support Selling Partners to drive business growth and program satisfaction by developing roadmaps tied to their targets, and by proactively identifying untapped potential. You will build long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts, and help develop processes, tools and content for this new service as part of a cross-functional team.

Your role involves influencing external stakeholders, applying strong analytical skills, and using data to drive growth in an ambiguous early-stage Paid Services program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations and communications
  • Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data
  • Leverage Amazon knowledge to align solutions with Selling Partners' objectives
  • Consult Selling Partners on opportunities and potential business impact
  • Guide the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational and subject-specific challenges
  • Build trust by close collaboration and deliver results, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Educate Selling Partners about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge
  • Prepare and present performance deep dives to discuss business progress, challenges, and strategic plans
  • Own a specific subject within our service organization to support peers and improve processes/tools (e.g., Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals)
  • Develop local requirements to standardize processes for Selling Partners in the country
Basic Qualifications
  • Commercial professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pipeline management using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
