As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented **Website Developer & Marketing Specialist** to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Job Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement website updates, bug fixes, and security improvements.
- Optimize site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and landing pages.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage website content, including blogs, product pages, and multimedia elements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions and user engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest web development and digital marketing trends.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in website development and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with UX/UI design and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the IT rental, technology, or events industry.
- Knowledge of Shopify development and eCommerce marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
