Overview

Engenheiro(a) de Back-End para projetar, construir e manter sistemas e APIs escaláveis, confiáveis e seguros. Você trabalhará na integração entre o back-end e interfaces Web, garantindo alta performance e segurança, além de orientar a equipe nas melhores práticas tecnológicas. Buscamos um profissional com experiência em Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask), banco de dados (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ORM) e testes automatizados (pytest, locust, hypothesis). Conhecimento em Docker, Git, CI/CD e arquitetura de microsserviços é essencial, assim como experiência em ambientes distribuídos na nuvem (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsabilidades
  • Projetar, construir e manter sistemas e APIs de back-end escaláveis, confiáveis e seguros.
  • Integrar o serviço de back-end com uma estrutura de interface do usuário da Web.
  • Construção de APIs RESTful usando Python, Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, FastAPI ou Flask.
  • Excelentes habilidades de codificação em Python e compreensão das melhores práticas de Python (PEP8) e princípios de design para aplicações escaláveis.
  • Familiarizado com ferramentas de teste como pytest, locust, hypothesis.
  • Compreensão de PostgreSQL, MySQL e ORM (mapeamento objeto-relacional).
  • Conhecimento de Docker, Git, GitHub e GitHub Actions.
  • Experiência em componentes de nuvem do Azure relacionados ao back-end, como Web Apps e Functions.
  • Boa compreensão de design e otimização de bancos de dados.
  • Conhecimento prático de Sequelize/Waterline ORM.
Qualificações
  • Grau acadêmico em CS, engenharia ou disciplina relacionada; fortes fundamentos de CS e boa base em estruturas de dados e algoritmos.
  • Experiência em versionamento de código usando Git, mantendo código modular para várias implantações, automação com pipelines CI/CD.
  • Experiência em trabalhar em ambiente ágil e distribuído/baseado em nuvem.
  • Experiência em arquitetura de microsserviços, design orientado a domínio e construção de serviços RESTful.
  • Experiência com ambientes de tempo de execução, bibliotecas/dependências complexas, conteinerização com Docker.
  • Capacidade de orientar a equipe para tomar decisões tecnológicas corretas e pensar proativamente sobre melhorias.
  • Habilidade com tecnologias front-end básicas (HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript).
  • Experiência em mentoria/gestão de membros juniores da equipe e desenvolvimento de suas habilidades; experiência trabalhando com cientistas de dados e colocando soluções de ML em produção; contribuições OSS ou Stack Overflow.
  • Disponibilidade de atuação: Campinas - SP.

Requisitos adicionais: Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior.
