What You'll DoStrategic LeadershipArchitect and deploy carrier-grade fixed network solutions across fiber optics, GPON / EPON, SDN / NFV, and bearer network ecosystems Master end-to-end bearer networks : optical transport (DWDM / OTN), metro aggregation, IP / MPLS backbone, and microwave transmission Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams (15+ engineers) driving innovation and operational excellence Drive technical strategy for large-scale network transformation projects aligned with business objectives Operational ExcellenceExecute logical deployment strategies including provisioning, service activation, and zero-touch deployment frameworks Command Tier 3 / 4 technical support operations with root cause analysis and incident elimination protocols Optimize warranty lifecycle and spares inventory ensuring Delivery measurable improvements : 99.99%+ uptime, 40%+ MTTR reduction, enhanced operational efficiency Technical MasteryEliminate network bottlenecks through proactive capacity planning and infrastructure optimization Orchestrate vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and enforce SLA compliance Establish comprehensive technical documentation and deployment playbooks Champion adoption of 5G integration, edge computing, and automated network management What You BringRequired ExperienceExperience in telecommunications infrastructure and in senior technical leadership; Proven track record deploying large-scale networks (1MM+ subscribers or equivalent); Expert-level troubleshooting across physical and logical layers; Demonstrated success managing technical support operations and ITIL frameworks.
