Advanced English proficiency. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree. Professional experience with PickBASIC or other MultiValue database environments. Experience maintaining legacy systems in production. Ability to debug, refactor, and enhance existing codebases with minimal disruption. Familiarity with React, JavaScript, or modern front‑end frameworks. Experience with version control tools like Git. Proactive mindset toward identifying technical risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Comfortable working in collaborative development workflows with cross‑functional teams. Clear communication skills for working with technical leadership and product stakeholders. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. Positive mindset and can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience with large, complex systems. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and align with client goals. Consistently work 40 hours per week.
