QA Engineer (IntrosMatter) – Remote Work Join BairesDev and help IntrosMatter, a fast‑growing startup redefining lead generation through authentic relationships. The role is fully remote and offers competitive compensation in USD or local currency, a complete home‑office hardware kit, flexible hours, paid parental leave, vacation, and national holidays. What You’ll Do Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for new applications, ensuring full coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements. Automate test scenarios using Cypress for UI and API testing, reducing manual effort and maintaining reliability. Maintain and extend existing automation frameworks, adapting to code built by others and ensuring long‑term scalability. Conduct hands‑on QA sessions to share knowledge and support fellow QA members. Assist the cross‑departmental QA team with guidance, documentation updates, and other tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of UI automation experience using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. 3+ years of API automation experience using Postman or Cypress. 3+ years of database data validation using SQL. Strong focus on automation (70%) with manual testing capabilities (30%). Advanced proficiency in English. Nice to have: experience with AI tools and integration such as Claude, Copilot, and prompting; knowledge of security testing, data integrity validation, and cloud environments.
