We are looking for a Desktop Support professional who wants to learn and transform their career.

In this role you will:

• Follow up and support Desktop / Laptop and Mobile Devices.
• Manage stock and assets.
• Provide 2nd line IT support for all internal departments.
• Guide, assist, and follow up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting (hardware and software).
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals on request.
• Maintain and improve customer service and availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all ICT support related subjects and produce reports as required.
• Provide onsite support during events.
• Deliver training/demos when needed.

Experience:

• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Team management experience.
• Experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support.
• Good knowledge of Network and Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with mounting and unmounting devices.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office.
• Good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo).
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong administrative skills (punctual and meticulous).
• Quick learner, punctual & interested in IT progress.
