In this role, you will be working closely with the other members of the OneCICD team as well as the broader ADP DevOps Community to develop solutions that makes software development at ADP simpler, more efficient, and more agile.
ADP employs several thousand developers in service of hundreds of products and components.
The OneCICD team is developing enterprise-wide solutions for CICD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) that will better scale development, increase consistency, increase agility, and improve customer satisfaction. The OneCICD team will work across ADP development teams treating them as our customer.
You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day designing, developing and testing your code and supporting your team members. Every week you will be able to deploy your code in production using automated continuous integration and continuous deployment.
You don't need to know every technology, but you're an enthusiastic creator who stays current and looks forward to trying new code. You're always looking for new ways to make tools better for our users.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
Familiarity with one or more popular Javascript UI frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
- Strong understanding of Git, pull requests, and modern SCM practices
- Knowledge and participation in complete software development lifecycle, including automated testing practices such as TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Advanced or Fluent English skills (medium to high capacity to interact with other teams)
**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE**:
- Knowledge of various build systems including Maven, NPM, Gradle and.NET
- Familiarity with Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Linux
- Proven track record for delivering quality solutions on time
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Develop ADP's solutions for enterprise-scale CI/CD
- Collaborate with the overall ADP DevOps Community to understand, develop and enhance ADP enterprise DevOps capabilities
- Provide support for ADP development teams using OneCICD
