Job Title: Accounting Specialist We are a dynamic and growing accounting firm providing financial services across various industries. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for following established standards for processing day-to-day transactions to produce accurate financial statements. Key Responsibilities include: Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently. Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions. Month-End Workbooks: Prepare and reconcile schedules for accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets. Financial Reporting: Map accounts, sync data, and generate reports using templates.
