Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance support to industrial clients regarding NPDES requirements under the Clean Water Act
  • Oversee project management duties including budget, invoicing, cost management, and client communications
  • Interface prominently with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews of reports for regulatory compliance and recommend corrective actions
  • Support client development through proposal preparation for water resources projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor2s Degree in a related field (civil engineering, geology, environmental sciences)
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in stormwater-related services
  • Proven experience managing stormwater-related projects as a Project Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered PE in CA, WA, or OR
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing permit and planning documents
  • Team player mentality with a track record of meeting project deadlines
  • Capacity for routine problem-solving and adaptability to changing conditions
