Delivering support with ad hoc projects, reporting, building and maintaining project and product support while coordinating with sales leadership, program management, marketing, technology and telecom. What you'll do Generate and provide data for one-time or recurring requests for reports or analysis, communicating available data and delivery date. Extract from master system and manipulate data as request by leaders. Format data for business use in Excel, Power BI, or similar format. Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on schedule. Manage employee rosters Provide business updates, data analysis, and basic technical assistance to support overall strategic, business and operational planning, performance measurement, monitoring and reporting. Create PPT presentations Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of the business Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Data and/or Information management, Project Management support / Lean / six sigma (or similar) Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field Fluency in English Insurance background (nice to have) Advanced Excel Power Bi (nice to have) To be considered for this position, please submit your resume in English.
