Overview Claims Assistant is primarily responsible for the evaluation, investigation and eventual settlement of all claims submitted. Responsibilities Primarily process all claims, particularly motor car. Conduct ocular inspection of the damages of the insured vehicle. Make necessary adjustments to the claims according to the damages and make the necessary recommendation for the claims of the clients.
