About the role

We seek a User Research Lead who is passionate about understanding people's behavior, taste, and gaming. You will organize and execute research with multiple methodologies to provide actionable insights to improve Garena's gaming portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize player data to uncover insights on preferences, behaviors, and pain points
• Plan and execute end-to-end research studies (surveys, focus groups, interviews, playtests, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize research needs
• Advocate for evidence-based decision-making and a player-first mindset
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for game design, product, and publishing teams
• Lead and mentor a team of user researchers

Qualifications
