  • Experiência em vendas com receita recorrente mensal acima de R$500.000,00;
  • Experiência de pelo menos 5 anos como Executivo de Vendas Enterprise, em vendas complexas, B2B Enterprise;
  • Conhecimento e experiência dos frameworks da Winning by Design
  • Experiência com CRM Hubspot
  • Habilidade de planejamento e organização;
  • Capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico;
  • Empatia para entender a dor do cliente e buscar alternativas.
  • Inglês intermediário

  • Desenvolver e conduzir a estratégia geral de longo prazo para as named accounts;
  • Realizar estudo, aprofundamento e planejamento de ações, em conjunto com o time de Marketing, Psicologia, CS, Produto e Tecnologia para construção da solução personalizada;
  • Construir relacionamento com os principais stakeholders e tomadores de decisão;
  • Realizar reuniões com prospects e mapear profundamente com base no SPICED, framework da Winning by Design, suas dores, com o objetivo de gerar oportunidades;
  • Coletar o impacto de negócio esperado pela empresa, mapear o processo de tomada de decisão, conduzir projetos de fechamento de contrato e assistir à jornada de compra do cliente;
  • Apresentar a Vittude como solução inteligente de saúde mental e desenhar o escopo do projeto com o potencial cliente;
  • Realizar follow-ups semanais para acompanhar a evolução das oportunidades abertas;
  • Elaborar e negociar orçamentos, e fechar contratos;
  • Alinhar com a equipde de Onboarding e ativação o escopo e as expectativas do projeto;
  • Registrar informações do cliente no CRM (Hubspot);
  • Acompanhar os KPIs da área;
  • Participar das reuniões da Vittude e de reuniões online e presenciais com clientes;
  • Participar de eventos comerciais, representando a Vittude.
  • Preparar projeções semanais, mensais e trimestrais, com informações competitivas e relatórios relevantes de vendas, mantendo o pipe atualizado e o forecast em ordem;
