We are seeking a senior-level E-commerce Digital Strategist to: Lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance to grow their business online Create web & marketing strategies for clients Lead branding, design, development & marketing teams on building custom sites and effective marketing campaigns Know how to show value, upsell, and grow relationships Digital Silk is built upon the principles of self-betterment, excellence, proactivity, and teamwork. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US. What we offer at Digital Silk: A work culture focused on mutual success and continuous growth Competitive pay and scheduled yearly raises Shares in the company – share in profit upon company sale Challenging projects and opportunity to work with great team members Job stability in case of illness, Covid changes, and personal problems Work-from-home opportunity 4 weeks paid time off Responsibilities: Create website & marketing strategies and present them to the client Create header messaging for websites and provide guidance to designers on UX conversion funnels Lead website projects from concept to launch Ability to show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth Give feedback to improve design and UX, and marketing performacne on each client account Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool and accounts are all up to date Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges Report to CEO on team performance and metric reports Requirements: Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects Over 3 years experience in managing custom websites, eCommerce, and marketing projects Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks We are a growing digital agency and are seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
