Job Description The Legal Business Partners team plays a crucial role in driving innovative solutions and managing key business risks worldwide. As an integral part of this team, you will support the Legal department in providing legal assistance across various departments, including Business, Marketing, GR, and Product. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory updates, preparing reports or summaries on relevant legal developments, and reviewing product features, advertising materials, and internal templates to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies. Additionally, you will assist in supporting the preparation and review of contracts, risk assessments, and legal memos under the guidance of senior counsels, collaborate on cross-functional projects, and participate in meetings with stakeholders. As a valuable member of the team, you will contribute to internal compliance processes by maintaining organized records and supporting the implementation of legal guidelines. Requirements Experience working as in-house legal counsel for IT companies or law firms providing support for IT companies is highly preferred. Working experience at an international company will be an additional plus. English language proficiency at C1/C2 level (local language) is required. Experience in Civil law, Media/Marketing/Advertising regulation, Consumer protection regulation, Pre-litigation: claims resolution, Commercial law/Contracts is necessary.
