What kind of professional are we looking for? We’re looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You’ll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.
What do I need to have to apply for this position?
Responsibilities- Proactive and communicative engagement in Hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
- Work in dynamic environments with attention to detail and autonomy.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support HR and operations objectives.
- Provide English-language communication with coworkers; participate in cross-functional conversations.
- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree; Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
- Contractor (PJ)
- Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
