**Job Description**:
**You will provide support to the affiliate on all matters related to**:
- All Standard & Governance matters (development, review, approval, implementation, communication, control, process enhancement);
- Managing projects roadmap, leveraging governance matters through all company working closely to local Director and GM;
- Compliance, working closely to local Compliance Officer on monitoring, training and policy implementation;
**Your primary responsibilities also involve (and are not limited to) the following**:
- Quarterly Monitoring and Ongoing Monitoring Data Collection & Execution;
- Monitoring of identified high-risk activities as determined from time to time by Compliance Officer. Implement and manage Periodic Monitoring of High-Risk Relevant 3rd parties (Distributors, Market Research);
- Support Internal Audit by managing process and communication, gathering documents and providing process support;
- Responsible for Compliance related remediations, communication, documentation, control & process enhancement of Compliance related matters, such as systems, forms and procedures;
- Create, Translate, Review and implement Policies, Procedures and Quick-Guides as needed;
- Prepare and Execute mandatory compliance trainings and others as needed by the affiliate;
- Active participation in key committees and relevant projects;
- Ensure Risk Governance Documentation is updated and centrally stored;
- Oversight of 3rd party Conflict of Interest standard process & management;
- Compile and Prepare Data Analytics for compliance intelligence work;
- Act as Data Privacy Officer for the Affiliate;
- Preparation of Corporate Statutory Documents, assuring the appropriate control and filling process;
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree Law, Accounting, Business, Economics;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- 5 to 10 + years of professional experience in the Brazilian market;
- Proven track record as Consultant in Big4 companies;
- Proven track record in Governance;
- Previous experience in pharma companies is a plus, but not mandatory;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Practical experience in industry in compliance/audit related work:
- Compliance consulting
- Monitoring
- Internal audit
- Compliance related training
Additional Information
You'll report to our General Manager Brazil.
