Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the agency, ensuring duties are performed in a timely manner.
- Oversee and maintain contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff in accordance with policy and applicable regulations.
- Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to Home Office in accordance with LHC Group policy. Ensure timely payment, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Perform and/or manage billing audits per policy and follow up with corrections.
- Manage clerical staff and all non-clinical workflow and processes in the office, including timely completion of clerical tasks and input into hiring, disciplinary, and separation decisions.
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience, or 3 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong process and people leadership abilities.
- Payroll experience, supply management, and basic financial knowledge preferred.
