About the Role We are looking for a skilled SEO Content Writer to create high‑quality, search‑optimized content across multiple client campaigns. This is a full‑time, remote role for someone who knows how to use AI tools for drafting—but relies on excellent human editing skills to ensure all final content is original, accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice. You will collaborate with SEO strategists to produce blog posts, guides, landing pages, and long‑form resources designed to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Success in this role comes from strong research ability, mastery of on‑page SEO, exceptional editing skills, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines within a fast‑paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Editing Research topics and generate initial content drafts using AI tools, refining them with deep human edits for originality, accuracy, tone, and SEO alignment. Produce SEO‑optimized content that naturally incorporates primary and long‑tail keywords, metadata, internal linking, and other on‑page best practices. Adapt AI‑generated drafts to match the client brand voice, audience needs, and industry context. SEO Optimization & Performance Analyze performance data (via tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush) and iterate on content to improve rankings and engagement. Review and elevate underperforming content through updated research, stronger messaging, and human‑edited enhancements. Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI advancements in content production. Content Workflow Management Manage content pipelines, including AI‑generated outlines, human editing, publishing within CMS platforms (WordPress), and coordinating internal/external approvals. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all written assets. Collaborate with SEO strategists and creative teams to refine content direction and messaging. Collaboration & Ideation Participate in content brainstorming sessions and use AI tools for rapid ideation. Suggest new topic opportunities based on keyword research and SERP trends. Apply human curation to ensure all ideas are aligned with client goals and search intent. Requirements 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably within an agency environment. Demonstrated experience using AI tools for drafting (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) combined with strong human editing ability. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content clustering, and on‑page optimization. Experience publishing content in WordPress; Elementor knowledge is a plus. Strong research skills and ability to translate AI‑generated information into polished, accurate, value‑driven content. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner. Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and style across industries. Preferred Skills Understanding of technical SEO elements (schema, E‑E‑A‑T, etc.). Experience writing for SaaS, e‑commerce, or tech clients. Basic design abilities using tools like Canva for simple graphics. Knowledge of content performance metrics and A/B content testing.
