• Support hiring and talent hunting efforts, people operations, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and, when needed, communicate with clients directly.
• Operate in a dynamic environment with autonomy and responsibility; learn and grow in the HR/operations field.
• Contribute to a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
• Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

• As a Contractor (PJ), you will have:
