Corporate IT Procurement Associate As a part of our team, you'll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks, and reliable IT systems. The position requires expertise in managing inventories, maintaining accurate purchase records, and researching prospective suppliers to source high-quality and cost‑efficient supplies for the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory lists, ensuring accurate purchase and pricing records Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to identify best‑fit options Source, negotiate, and establish purchases for IT goods and services Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product range Work collaboratively with IT technical teams and HQ procurement teams to propose effective solutions from a commercial perspective, ensuring high‑quality products / supplies To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications : Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field Proven knowledge of commercial relationship build‑up and procurement techniques / processes Experience in negotiations and networking Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ procurement teams Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in IT procurement, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive business success.
