Job Title: Senior Product Designer About Our Role: We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to drive design vision and execution across our core products. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product design, from user research to final UI delivery. Design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, ensuring usability and scalability. Measure, test, and learn from pixel-perfect prototypes. Develop visually striking layouts and creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with engineering to translate design into production-ready components. Maintain and evolve our design system (colors, typography, components, states). Produce marketing and platform visuals (dashboards, microsites, campaign mockups). Conduct user testing and translate insights into iterative design improvements. Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization. Requirements: 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or product environment). A strong portfolio showcasing digital products, UI systems, and brand design. A balance of creative flair and data-driven precision. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
