Workday Project Manager Position Smart organizations rely on skilled professionals to drive their projects forward. Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement effective project management strategies, leveraging expertise in Agile methodologies and Workday configuration. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform project decisions. Provide technical guidance and support for production issues and enhancements. Work independently on complex CCB and Studio integrations within the Workday HCM space. Requirements: Successful candidates will possess 5+ years' experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles, with a strong focus on Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge. Preferred Skills: Expertise in Workday configuration and business process setup. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
