The Game Developer plays a crucial role in driving engineering excellence and innovation in systems that support modern video game development. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend and full‑stack solutions with a strong focus on performance, stability, and long‑term scalability, enabling high‑quality interactive experiences and development pipelines. Working within a collaborative co‑development, full development, and porting environment, the Game Developer contributes to solving complex and challenging problems with_world‑impactful solutions that deliver value to both internal teams and players. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend and full‑stack systems that supportnergies game features, services, and internal tools, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Build and maintain APIs and services that integrate frontend applications and game clients. Contribute to team discussions, refining technical approaches and improving engineering workflows. Collaborate with Game Developers, Designers, Artists, and UX Designers to align technical solutions with project requirements. Ensure code quality through proper documentation, clear structure, testing, and adherence to best practices. Proactively troubleshoot and optimize systems, identifying performance and stability bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions, supporting team growth and technical excellence. Technical Requirements Strong experience with Java and Spring (Spring Boot) for backend development. Professional experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks. Ability to independently complete assigned tasks, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to deadlines. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to scalable, maintainable system design. Advanced English, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in an international environment. Nice to Have Experience with game engines such as Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++), or proprietary engines. Familiarity with integrating backend services with game clients. Experience working in co‑development, porting, or multi‑project environments. Experience leading specific technical areas or features, providing guidance to other developers. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or distributed systemsκλη.
