The ideal candidate Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields; Experience in finance or accounting plus certifications (CRC, CFA, CPA, CMA); Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting procedures, taxation, and compliance; Advanced analytical abilities and confidence working with financial data; Proficiency with accounting systems, financial tools, and MS Office (especially Excel); Excellent communication skills for interaction with Brazilian and international customers; Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
