Job Overview This role involves reviewing financial procedures, verifying documents, managing financial data, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards related to diplomatic missions abroad. Key Responsibilities Review financial procedures and documents, verify their accuracy, and input data into the financial system. Collect data for capital expenditures, monitor petty cash, and audit disbursement procedures. Follow up on financial settlements and tax collection with overseas missions. Audit payroll procedures for local staff in diplomatic missions. Manage claims, reimbursements, and financial reports within designated geographical areas. Coordinate with authorities regarding bank accounts and conduct surprise audits. Maintain and archive all financial data and documentation. Prepare correspondence, reports, and participate in meetings related to financial operations. Support other tasks assigned by supervisors. Additional Responsibilities Assist other units within the Ministry as needed. Participate in organizational programs and initiatives. Contribute to activities ensuring business continuity and resource sustainability. Share ideas for improving work procedures and knowledge management. Minimum Requirements High school diploma (mandatory); Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s preferred. Experience: Not applicable or 5+ years, depending on the educational level. Profession: Finance, accounting, or similar.
