- Develop brand storytelling skills by understanding the company's values and mission.
- Communicate product knowledge accurately, describing items and customization options.
- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high-level customer service.
- Co-create special and unique items through a collaborative experience.
- Stay informed about product information and updates.
- Support team goals and maximize sales as a valued team member.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling)
- Self-motivated individual with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Other languages a plus
