Senior Talent Development Partner The role requires a customer-centric approach to deliver maximum impact through simple and high-quality solutions. We are seeking an individual who can partner closely with leaders to understand their development needs, craft relevant learning content, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, serving as the operational owner for the LMS system, and refining materials for relevance and effectiveness. This person will embody an agile mindset, rapidly producing high-quality content elevated by feedback and data. They will also be a key driving force behind the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to understand their development needs. Craft relevant learning content to drive measurable business results. Design and develop engaging asynchronous learning content using Articulate. Serve as the operational owner for the LMS system. Rapidly produce high-quality content elevated by feedback and data.
