We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff augmentation team. Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll combine hands-on engineering work with team leadership responsibilities to drive the team’s success and ensure smooth and timely project delivery. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you won\'t just manage a pipeline; you\'ll be a strategic partner. You will master the full recruitment lifecycle within the dynamic tech market, receiving dedicated professional training to elevate your expertise. Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent. Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system.
