Citi values internal mobility and supports career growth through structured development programs. We’re looking for Full-Time Analysts to join the Citi Commercial Banking (CCB) team. CCB works with companies with annual sales ranging from $100 million to $1 billion. As a member of the CCB team, you will help clients maximize wealth growth while leveraging Citi banking products, acting as an ambassador for Citi and for your clients. We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Commercial Banking Program trains and grows key players in today’s changing economic environment, with a focus on sales and commercial credit analysis. The two-year Analyst Program includes training in accounting, credit/risk, sales, product, technology and financial analysis to structure commercial deals. After a placement process, you will be matched with a Commercial Banking team (Risk Analyst, CMO or Investment Executive) to work with. At the end of the program, you will be eligible to become a Commercial Relationship Banker. Responsibilities Actively calling on clients to deepen relationships and proactively addressing needs, challenges or risks, using internal resources as needed Resolve issues with clients’ portfolios to enhance overall satisfaction Collaborate with senior RMs, product specialists and subject matter experts to structure customized solutions for clients Leverage the expertise of other Citi businesses to achieve mutual goals Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet Drive innovation in client solutions and business development Identify and pursue new clients aligned with Citi value proposition Maintain connections with influencers and industry contacts to deepen Citi Commercial Banking relationships Ensure deals are structured to balance risk and reward in clients’ interests Protect Citi’s assets and reputation by contributing to credit risk management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi policies at all times Education You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating by Dec 2025), or are a recent graduate within the last two years.
